Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1¼ cup raw cashews, soaked
  • ¾ cups water
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey/agave
  • 3 tbsp onion salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried dill or 2 tsp fresh dill
  • Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. In blender, add all ingredients and blitz till smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning. Keep in fridge until ready to use
