Ingredients
  • Ingredients:
  • 450g Gluten Free Spaghetti/Angel Hair Pasta
  • 2 carrot
  • 1-2 zucchini
  • Sauce:
  • ½ cup Tahini
  • 4 tbsp GF Soy Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1.5 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds, Chili Flakes
Instructions
  1. Mix together ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
  2. Cook your pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain and submerge in cold water.
  3. Finely chop the zucchini and carrots into thin matchsticks.Edit 2
  4. Heat up a non-stick skillet, add your carrots and zucchini. Pour in half the sauce and mix well.
  5. Drain your pasta into a big mixing bowl and pour over the vegetable mixture. Add the rest of your sauce to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.
