Avocado Hummus (Tahini-Free, Oil-free, Vegan)

Ingredients
  • 1 (15oz) can Chickpeas (Garbanzo)
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 2-4 tbsp Aquafaba (Chickpea water)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp miso paste
  • Optional: ¼ cup leftover cauliflower (broccoli), riced
  • Garnish: Smoked paprika
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients for the hummus in a blender/food processor. Mix till smooth. Add more aquafaba if its too thick (or less if too thin).
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings!
