Your Favorite Guilt Free Almond Joy Scones (Vegan, Paleo, GF, Oil-Free)

Ingredients
  • 2.5 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup desiccated Coconut
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup Applesauce
  • ¼ cup honey/agave
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together all the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, coconut and salt.
  3. Incorporate the applesauce and honey into the dry mixture (it is easier to use hands).
  4. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Divide into 9-10 portions (about ¼ cup of batter). Shape in a ball and flatten to form a scone.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes till golden brown.
