Your Favorite Guilt Free Almond Joy Scones (Vegan, Paleo, GF, Oil-Free)

- 2.5 cup Almond Flour
- 3 tbsp Coconut Flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup desiccated Coconut
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup Applesauce
- ¼ cup honey/agave
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix together all the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, coconut and salt.
- Incorporate the applesauce and honey into the dry mixture (it is easier to use hands).
- Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Divide into 9-10 portions (about ¼ cup of batter). Shape in a ball and flatten to form a scone.
- Bake for 20 minutes till golden brown.
