Simple Garlic Herb Roasted Salmon (GF, Oil-Free, Paleo)

- 2 Salmon fillets
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp chopped basil leaves
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- Black pepper
- Pinch of Red Pepper
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Place Salmon fillets on a baking dish lined with parchment paper
- Combine all the remainder ingredients together.
- Spoon the mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure there is enough to coat the top of the salmon.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, lemon wedges.
