Simple Garlic Herb Roasted Salmon (GF, Oil-Free, Paleo)

Ingredients
  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil leaves
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • Black pepper
  • Pinch of Red Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Place Salmon fillets on a baking dish lined with parchment paper
  3. Combine all the remainder ingredients together.
  4. Spoon the mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure there is enough to coat the top of the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, lemon wedges.
