Hiyashi Chuka

Ingredients
  • Miracle Shiritaki Noodle (3 packs)
  • 1 14oz can Corn
  • Mixed Salad Leaves
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into matchsticks
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 large chicken breast (or use deli ham. Omit for Vegan/Vegetarians)
  • Garnish: Sesame Seeds, Seaweed, Sesame Oil
  • Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp GF Soy Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Poaching Chicken: Bring a pot of water to boil. Add in your whole chicken breast. Bring the water back to a boil. Cover and turn off the heat. Allow the chicken to "poach" for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken. Allow it to cool and shred.
  4. Prepare Vegetables. Drain the Noodles.
  5. Serve with nori seaweed, sesame seeds, sesame oil.
