1 large chicken breast (or use deli ham. Omit for Vegan/Vegetarians)
Garnish: Sesame Seeds, Seaweed, Sesame Oil
Sauce:
3 tbsp GF Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Rice Vinegar
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Poaching Chicken: Bring a pot of water to boil. Add in your whole chicken breast. Bring the water back to a boil. Cover and turn off the heat. Allow the chicken to "poach" for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the chicken. Allow it to cool and shred.
Prepare Vegetables. Drain the Noodles.
Serve with nori seaweed, sesame seeds, sesame oil.
