LOW CARB Korean Spicy Cold "Zoodles" (sweetened with Pineapples)

Since this is made with zucchini noodles, this will serve only one portion as it will be less filling!
Ingredients
  • 1 (VERY) large zucchini
  • Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp our GF Gochujang Recipe
  • 4.5 tbsp crushed pineapple (drained from can and washed) OR Applesauce
  • Garnish: Egg, Seaweed, Sesame seeds, Gochujang
Instructions
  1. For the pineapples: drain pineapples from a can. Wash off the sugary coating on the top. Place in a blender and blitz.
  2. Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
  3. Spiralize the Zucchini.
  4. Toss everything together.
