Brownie Parfait

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Make up 1 batch of our black beans brownies (without any nuts/chocolate/coconut). Pour into a loaf tin. Bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Once cooled completely, cut into small squares.
  3. In a cup/jar, place 1 layer of cooled brownies at the bottom (1 single layer).
  4. Slice your strawberries into 3. Place the strawberries, cut side facing out, pressing them along the edges of the jar.
  5. Fill the middle with whipped cream and smooth the top. Repeat again until you reach the top.
  6. Finish off with granola or roasted nuts of choice!
Notes
*Homemade Coconut Cream: Place a tin of coconut milk in the fridge overnight. Open and scoop out the solid coconut cream. Beat the coconut cream with a little splash of vanilla extract and maple syrup to sweeten.
*Coconut Yogurt: This is a lower fat option. Sweeten the yogurt to your liking and use as a substitute
