Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add in the egg and vanilla.
Drop 1 tsp of the batter onto a lined baking tray. You can spread them out slightly if you like them thinner. Make sure each of your tiles are at least 0.5" apart.
Bake for 7 minutes. Set aside to cool. Repeat until all the batter is finished.
Serve with a stop of Black Sesame Tofu Ice Cream!
