Coconut Milk Homemade

Ingredients
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 cups of water
Instructions
  1. Place coconut and water into a blender. Blend a couple times until the liquid is milky.

  3. Squeeze to get all the excess liquid out.
  4. Store the milk in the fridge for up to a week OR use immediately.
  5. Spread out the excess coconut onto a pan to dehydrate/dry for 24 hours (time will vary depending on humidity levels).
