Add the baked chicken in. (We had to add more water since the sauce was drying up very quickly)
Spoon the sauce over so that it coats the chicken thoroughly.
Simmer for a few minutes until cooked through. (Make sure you don't overcook the chicken)
Add lime juice.

Serve this with gluten free tortillas/paleo flatbread/cauliflower rice/quinoa/brown rice - whatever you like!! We have been experimenting with paleo flatbreads and still haven't successfully found a perfect one yet!
