Zucchini Stirfry

Ingredients
  • 2-3 large Zucchini
  • garlic salt (or garlic powder)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice zucchini into ¼" rounds. Then slice each round in half - moon shapes.
  2. Place the zucchini onto a nonstick skillet/pot. Add garlic salt, salt and pepper.
  3. Turn up to medium -high heat. Saute until soft for about 5-10 mins.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. (THE KEY IS tasting and seasoning).
  5. Remove and allow to cool.
