Roasted Vegetables

Serves: 3-4
- Broccoli (1 bunch, about 1.5 lbs)
- Garlic Salt/Garlic Powder
- Italian Seasoning (or mixed herbs)
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Wash the broccoli and cut the florets into bite sized pieces.
- Cut the stem off and peel the tough outer skin. Cut into small pieces.
- Place lined parchment paper, spray with olive oil/avocado oil and season.
- Bake for 10-15 mins, until charred. Taste and season again before serving.
