Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
  • Broccoli (1 bunch, about 1.5 lbs)
  • Garlic Salt/Garlic Powder
  • Italian Seasoning (or mixed herbs)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Wash the broccoli and cut the florets into bite sized pieces.
  3. Cut the stem off and peel the tough outer skin. Cut into small pieces.
  4. Place lined parchment paper, spray with olive oil/avocado oil and season.
  5. Bake for 10-15 mins, until charred. Taste and season again before serving.
