10 min AIRFRYER Granola (Oil-Free)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free, if needed)
  • ½ cup nuts/ seeds (we used ¼ cup walnuts + ¼ cup pumpkin seeds)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 - 11/2 tbsp goji berries (or any dried fruit you want, add to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 egg whites
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl, add in all the dry ingredients. Add in the honey and egg whites. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour into an air fryer basket. Air fry at 375F for 10-12 mins or until toasted and crispy. Make sure to check your granola at 5 minus and mix it around to avoid burning.
  4. NOTE: each air fryer may be different so you may need more or less time.
