Delicious Asian Glazed Salmon (Healthy)

Serves: 6-8
- 2.5 lb salmon
- 3 tbsp kikkoman soy sauce (gluten free, if needed)
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce (gluten free, if needed)
- 3 tbsp sugar ( we used zero calorie stevia or splenda)
- 4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (and more to taste)
- 7-8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1" piece of gingery finely minced
- 2 tbsp water
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Prepare salmon: Pat salmon dry.
- Spray a baking tray or cover with parchment paper.
- Lay salmon on the baking tray.
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together. Spread marinade over.
- Bake for 12 mins at 400F. Poke with fork to see check if it’s done. If it is still a bit red, you can bake it for slightly longer.
