Delicious Asian Glazed Salmon (Healthy)

Ingredients
  • 2.5 lb salmon
  • 2 tbsp kikkoman soy sauce (gluten free, if needed)
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce (gluten free, if needed)
  • 2 tbsp sugar ( we used zero calorie stevia or splenda)
  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 3.5 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1" piece of gingery finely minced
  • 2 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Prepare salmon: Pat salmon dry.
  3. Spray a baking tray or cover with parchment paper.
  4. Lay salmon on the baking tray.
  5. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together. Spread marinade over.
  6. Bake for 12 mins at 400F. Poke with fork to see check if it’s done. If it is still a bit red, you can bake it for slightly longer.
