Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp sugar (we used stevia)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup non dairy milk (+ more to serve)
Instructions
  1. Place all the dry ingredients into a glass jar or tupperware.
  2. Mix well and pour in milk.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. NEXT DAY: Serve with chopped bananas, cashew butter and other toppings of your choice!
  5. Pour over additional cold milk before serving and you’re ready! My favourite way to enjoy this is to mix it all up and then eat!
