Tofu century egg salad

Ingredients
  • 10 oz silken / extra soft tofu
  • 2 century eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Open and carefully drain the silken tofu.
  2. Carefully slice the tofu and arrange on a plate (you cut into smaller bite sized pieces if you like)
  3. Peel the century eggs and cut into bite sized pieces (similar in size to the tofu) and add to the tofu.
  4. Top with finely chopped cilantro and onions (the more the better!!)
  5. Drizzle over sesame oil and soy sauce. Taste and add additional soy sauce/ salt if needed.
