Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Biscotti (Paleo, GF, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ tsp GF baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup mini dark chocolate chip
  • Optional: ½ cup unsalted peanuts
Instructions
  1. How to Make:
  2. Preheat oven 350F. Line a large tray with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients for the biscotti batter.
  4. Add in maple syrup and chocolate chips.
  5. Using your hand gently mix and knead until just combined.
  6. Shape into one large log.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 mins.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  9. Slice each log into 12 slices. Lay down each slices in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes.
Notes
Paleo: Substitute peanuts with any other nut
